Approved refunds will be processed and credited as store credits within 2-3 working days which can be used for two years.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos & videos.
