Returns

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by sending us details (product + reason) on hello@houseoffurs.in.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Used pet toys

• Chew toys

• Beds & crates

• Custom-made or discounted items

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed and credited as store credits within 2-3 working days which can be used for two years.

• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

• Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos & videos.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via third-party courier partners.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and courier operations.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable except in cases of seller error or damaged delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
